Sarath in trouble
Even before Sarath Kumar's Jaggubhai could hit the screens, the pirated version of the movie has been uploaded on the net sending shock waves among the film fraternity.
Sarath Kumar, the president of Nadigar Sangam, convened a immediate meeting of the various bodies of film industry and called on Chief Minister M Karunanidhi to bail them out of trouble.
Police cracked the whip and shops selling pirated VCDs were checked and many copies were seized.
Radhika Sarath Kumar, producer of the movie, thanked the Chief Minister for his timely intrevention. Directed by K S Ravikumar, Jaggubhai features Sarath Kumar, Shreya, Kiran, Goundamani and Vijayakumar in key roles.
